Darin Fullmer is a Tax Director and manages ORBA’s Salt Lake City office. Darin serves a diverse clientele including high net worth individuals and business entities such as partnerships, corporations and trusts. He practices in a number of industries including construction, food and beverage, healthcare, manufacturing and distribution, professional services, private equity and real estate.
With more than ten years of experience in taxation, financial accounting, and business consulting, Darin expertly navigates our clients through complex issues resulting in solutions that minimize their tax exposure. He also specializes in the design, implementation, and administration of employer-sponsored retirement plans, including 401(k) plans, profit-sharing plans and 403(b) plans.

Outside of the Office
In 2008, Darin and his wife married and together they maintain a bustling household comprising five children, a loyal German Shepherd named Maverick and a precious miniature golden doodle names Coco. Darin’s family also enjoys raising farm animals, including chickens, cows, horses and pigs. Darin’s leisure pursuits include sports activities, guiding his children in their athletic endeavors, weekend camping expeditions, hiking, hunting and traveling. Additionally, he and his wife share a passion for endurance challenges, including Spartan Races and half marathons.

ORBA’s Newly Opened Salt Lake City Office Welcomes Three New Hires
SALT LAKE CITY — ORBA is pleased to announce the addition of three team members to its newly-opened downtown office in Salt Lake City. The new team includes Darin Fullmer, who is the head of the Salt Lake City Office, along with Lora Broberg, a Manager, and Lilli Panter, a Senior Tax Associate.
