Kurt Anderson is a Senior Manager in the firm’s Transaction Advisory Services Group. As an attorney and CPA with more than 30 years of experience, Kurt has a robust background in tax and transactional planning, as well as corporate finance. His expertise extends to managing complex legal ventures and tax structuring for businesses, ensuring maximum profitability and tax advantage for clients. Kurt’s diverse legal background and strong accounting credentials gives him the ability to oversee and administer a broad range of business interests.
His previous experience includes serving as a director of tax and tax counsel at a multi-billion-dollar family office, where he advised on all tax-related matters, including individuals, private equity, not-for-profits, partnerships, trusts, gifts and corporations. His experience also includes serving as the director of global tax for a private equity owned, multinational manufacturer in the white appliance industry.

Outside of the Office
Outside of the office, Kurt enjoys filling his time with outdoor activities including golf, snow and water skiing, scuba diving, bird hunting, sailing, biking and traveling with his wife.
