Accounting Services Senior
Position Summary:
The Accounting Services Senior is responsible for processing assigned client engagements within the department in a cost-effective and professional manner including, but not limited to, computer-compiled financial statements, payroll tax/sales tax reporting issues and business/individual tax returns. There is extensive one-on-one communication with clients. This position will train and supervise staff to serve our clients efficiently and effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Accounting Team Lead, Cloud Services
Position Summary:
We are an elite accounting firm headquartered in downtown Chicago in the NBC Tower that allows 100% remote work by anyone in the USA. Our team is seeking an Accounting Team Leader who will mesh well with our team and our clients. Senior Marketing & Business Development Manager
Position Summary:
ORBA, one of Chicago’s largest accounting firms with offices in Oak Brook, Illinois and Salt Lake City, Utah, seeks a Senior Marketing & Business Development Manager to work closely with the firm’s various practice and industry groups to execute and implement their strategic plans. The Senior Tax Manager is responsible for providing guidance to junior level tax staff on the completion of individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns. They will also review the work of the tax preparer and correspond directly with the Director or Client.

Position Summary:
The Tax Director is responsible for applying industry specific knowledge to advise clients on the tax implications evaluating and selecting alternative actions to lessen tax burden and cost of compliance, identifying different methods of complying with tax regulations while acting as the primary client contact for complex tax issues. Tax Senior
Position Summary:
As a Senior you will prepare complex tax filings, review less complex returns and related working papers, engage in research tax projects, start to develop an area of tax specialization, begin to have regular client interactions and periodically present at internal events.

- Review tax information submitted by client for completeness; meet/call clients with questions
- Possess knowledge of tax regulations in order to answer clients’ questions

Audit Senior
Position Summary:
The Audit Senior is responsible for overseeing audit, review and compilation engagements and is responsible for resolving most accounting issues that arise during these engagements under the guidance of the Audit Manager and or the Audit Director. The individual will perform some engagements with minimal supervision and will direct staff and instruct them in the work to be performed, review the work completed by the staff and direct necessary revisions.

- Prepare draft of financial statements and management letters. Will be expected to wrap up the engagement in a timely manner.
- Perform reviews and compilations
- Report progress of the audit, compilation or review engagement to both Audit Manager and Audit Director regularly
- Perform audit or review procedures as assigned by the Audit Managers or Audit Director
- Conduct research, prepare memorandums and summarize findings
- Demonstrate ability to assume responsibility for supervision of the daily fieldwork of engagements and client contact
- Prepare very complex individual, trust and business tax returns
- Prepare an evaluation of the staff on the engagement at the end of the engagement but give guidance to the staff when necessary during the engagement.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties and special projects as assigned.
Experience and Skills:
- B.S. in Accounting or Finance
- CPA preferred
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting & audit experience in public accounting
- Minimum of 1 year leading audits
- Experience preparing tax returns is a huge plus
- Experience with for-profit and non-for-profit clients
- Outstanding written, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills
- Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced and results based environment
- Strong leadership, business development, training, coaching and mentoring skills
