CHICAGO — ORBA, one of Chicago’s largest public accounting firms, has been awarded a 2021 Top Workplaces honor by the Chicago Tribune. The award is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey that is administered by employee engagement technology partner, Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization including alignment, execution and connection. This is the ninth year ORBA has been awarded a Top Workplaces distinction.

In addition to the Top Workplaces honor, ORBA received four National Culture Excellence Awards — the Professional Development Award, for placing a special focus on developing employees’ careers and enabling the firm’s people to grow professionally, the Remote Work Award, which recognizes Top Workplaces with at least 50% of survey responders who indicated they work mostly remote or fully remote, the Employee
Value Prop Award which underscores a company’s commitment to fostering a people-first culture that drives long-term success, and the 
Formal Training Award which recognizes organizations that excel in providing structured and effective training programs for their employees. This award highlights companies that prioritize continuous learning and professional development, ensuring their employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
