CHICAGO — ORBA, one of Chicago’s largest public accounting firms, is pleased to welcome Rachel Farrell to its Human Resources Department as a Human Resources Generalist.
Rachel brings more than five years of human resources and talent acquisition expertise to the firm. She is experienced in administering employee benefits, conducting training, handling talent acquisition and promoting employee engagement.
As a Human Resources Generalist, she will support the Human Resources Manager, including assisting with the recruitment and onboarding processes, payroll processing, conducting benefits enrollment and administration, and planning firm activities.
Rachel received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Southeastern University and her Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
