Overview

Brian McCabe is a Senior Manager of Business Valuations. He has more than 20 years of valuation experience in a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, distributing, consulting, construction, auto dealerships, restaurants and dental practices.  Brian has prepared valuations for gift and estate tax, corporate planning, succession planning, employee stock ownership plan (ESOP), litigation and financial reporting purposes. He has prepared valuations of common and preferred stock, real estate holding companies, tiered entities, tenant-in common interests and private notes. Brian will oversee all business valuation engagements while managing, training and mentoring staff.

Brian believes strongly in an equitable approach to problem-solving.  He strives to ensure that each client is equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to make informed decisions about their financial future.  He brings a sense of calm and clarity, simplifying complex monetary matters, breaking them down into manageable segments that his clients can understand and tackle with confidence.

Outside of the Office

Outside of the office, Brian enjoys spending time with his family. His favorite activities are fishing, hiking, and watching movies.
