Valerie Rausch is an Audit Associate in the firm’s Audit Group. She began her career at ORBA as a summer tax and audit intern in 2023. She is skilled in analyzing financial data, preparing individual and business income tax returns, and performing various audit procedures.

Valerie is recognized within the Audit Group for her focus on accuracy. She strikes a balance between openness and assertiveness. Leveraging her analytical and technical skills, Valerie identifies areas for improvement and provides insightful solutions to owners and managers of companies of all sizes.
Outside of the Office
Outside of the office, Valerie enjoys reading. She reads about 30-45 books a year of all genres. She also loves collecting records and playing the guitar. Most of all, she loves being with her family, dogs and boyfriend.
